• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or product (based on availability).

• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Free Shipping & Local Pickup

• Orders within Canada qualify for free shipping on orders over $150.

• For local pickup, we can provide a coupon for free pickup—just contact us to arrange.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship across Canada and the United States.

• Flat-rate shipping within Canada: $10

• Flat-rate shipping to the U.S.: $20

• Free shipping may also be offered during select promotions or for qualifying minimum order amounts.

• Customers are responsible for any customs or border fees.

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

• Canada (standard): 5–7 business days after processing

• United States: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
